Janson Towers Gift Fund

Hi everyone,

We would like to thank everyone who turned up at the 2nd annual Janson Towers Gift Fund Fundraiser Golf Tournament, May 22, 2010.  Being new to this, it was very stressful,  worrying about who would show up, would the weather be okay, would everyone have fun.

Well, judging from the photos and comments, it was a success! We couldn’t have done it with out Janson’s team mates, friends, coaches and of course all the people  who gave us prizes, cash donations or their time.  Janson was fondly and humourously remembered by everyone on the course, some convinced he helped or hindered their game!

Let’s remember the reason for the fund – to assist  injured Okanagan Sun football players  with their rehabilitation. It was Janson’s dream to play football and nothing was going to stand in his way. He never, ever gave up.

From that torn piece of paper in his backpack “To give anything less than your best, is to sacrifice the GIFT”
